Dear Guests!

To ensure that all our guests enjoy their stay, we kindly ask pet owners to follow the rules below when bringing their furry family members to our hotel:

• Please keep your pet on a leash in the common areas!
• Please only leave dogs in the room that are kept as indoor pets and do not suffer from separation anxiety and for as short period of time as possible. In case of damage caused by the pet due to sepataion anxiety, the hotel reserves the right to claim compensation.
• Please note that if your pet is left alone in the room, the cleaning stuff will not be able to enter according to hotel policies. Use the door hanger to indicate when you leave the room, allowing cleaning to be done. Our staff cleans between 8.00 - 15.30.
• For hygiene reasons, our wellness area and children's corner are pet-free zones.
• It is forbidden to take your pets into the restaurant and the breakfast area.
• To help maintain the cleanliness of our surroundings, please use the disposal waste bags provided in your room during outdoor walks to clean up after your pet.

The pet owner is financially, legally and morally responsible for any damage caused by their pet on the hotel premises.

Except for the comfort accessories and welcome snacks provided for pets, the items are considered part of the room's furnishing. Please leave them in the room upon departure. If our staff notices any missing items, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the missing objects!
