Bed Covers: Pillow, Duvet, Blanket
Each room is equipped with anti-allergenic bedding. On request, a limited number of ergonomic and feather pillows are also available. Extra blanket can be found in the room closet, if you need additional pillows, please contact the reception. (phone: 1)
Bed linen
Bed linen is replaced every 3 days to maintain its long-term sustainability and to protect the environment. In case you would require to change the bed linen daily, please, contact the Housekeeper or the hotel reception. It costs 1,000 HUF per person/set. (phone: 1)

Breakfast
A rich buffet breakfast awaits our guests on the ground floor on weekday mornings from 6:30 a.m.to 9.00 a.m. and on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Check-in
From 2.00 p.m. If you would like to check in other time, you have to consult in advance the check in time and its conditions (extra charge) at the reception.
Check-out
On the day of departure, please leave your room until 11:00 noon. It is possible to prolong your staying in our hotel, for that please contact the reception.
Cleaning
Cleaning is done every day between 8:00 am and 15:30 pm. If you place the ‘Don’t disturb’ sign on the outer door handle, our colleagues will not disturb you. If you have any special request, please contact the chambermaids or the reception. (phone 1)

Damages and Liabilities
Our hotel reserves the right to charge liability fee for the guests, who caused the damage. The hotel is not responsible for accidents occurred on its premises or for items left unattended.

Laundry
Please fill out the washing list. You find this list in the gardrobe. If you hand over your clothes till 10 a.m. at the reception or maid, you can get back them within 12 hours. Parking
Our hotel has a limited number of private parking place which can be used at a charge of payment (price: 3.000 HUF / car / night). If our parking place is full, we recommend our guests Malom Parking House (100 meter far from the hotel). We inform you that there are toll parking places in the city centre. Please find the parking machine to purchase your ticket.

Smoking
The whole area of our hotel is considered a non-smoking area. Our guests can smoke in front of the hotel building except for the 5 m surroundings of the entrance. If our colleagues report a violation of this regulation, our hotel has the right to pay a cleaning fee worth 50,000 HUF.

Towel
Room towels are changed every third day. It is possible to change towels daily if it is clearly indicated by throwing the towel onto the ground after use. Please, help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, and only ask for the changing of your towels if it is necessary. Towels are not to be taken along. If our staff detects a lack of towels, 10,000 HUF will be charged as an extra fee.
