Our in-house laundry service is available every day from 7.00 to 16.00. Whether you need washing or ironing, our experienced staff is ready to assist you. For larger quantities we offer a 50% discount on our services.

How can you use the laundry service?

1. Gather your clothes and fill out the attached laundry form!
2. Place them in the provided laundry bag and complete the required details on the bag for easy identification.
3. Drop off your clothes and laundry form at the reception. If they're submitted before 10.00 AM, we guarantee to complete it within 24 hours.
4. Clean clothes will be delivered directly to your room by our housekeeping staff for your convenience.

Please consider the following when using our laundry services:

• Items will be washed and cleaned according to their care instructions.
• We are not responsible for color or shape retention of the items.
• In case of damage or loss, the hotel is liable up to three times the laundry charge.
• Complaints are accepted only within one day of the items being returned!
